Rocky is a portable output-compression skill for AI coding agents. It gives Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, and other rules-aware agents a dense, direct voice while preserving code, commands, errors, URLs, and technical detail byte-for-byte. A reproducible Python and tiktoken benchmark across ten coding prompts measures 41% fewer output tokens on average, with the input-token cost and benchmark limits documented openly.
